안개마을 소개
섬진강기차마을과 강을 사이에 두고 4km 거리에 있는 고달면 목동리에 위치한 마을입니다.섬진강 종주 자전거길 중 곡성구간의 시작점인 횡탄정 인증센터에서 오곡면까지 이어지는 국가지정 침실습지와 더불어 오염되지 않은 청정한 자연환경을 가지고 있습니다.

일교차가 심한 가을과 겨울, 강변에 피어 오르는 물안개는꿈을 꾸는 듯 하고, 마을센터 앞 목동제(연꽃방죽)에는 매년 고운 연꽃이 피어 일상에 지친 몸과 마음을 쉬어가게 합니다.

마을 뒤로는 천마산이 자리하여 여름 밤 쏟아지는 별빛을 가슴에 담아갈 수도 있고, 강변을 따라 끝없이 꽃이 피는 날에는 찔레꽃차 한 잔에 행복한 마음으로 쉬어갈 수 있는 곳입니다.

Introduction to Angae Village
Located in Mokdong-ri, Godal-myeon, about 4 km away from Seomjingang Train Village with the river in between, Angae Village offers a pristine natural environment, including the national-designated Chimsil Wetlands. The village lies at the starting point of the Gokseong section of the Seomjingang Bike Path, stretching from the Hoengtan Pavilion Certification Center to Okgok-myeon.

In the autumn and winter, when the temperature difference between day and night is significant, the mist rising along the riverside creates a dreamlike atmosphere. In front of the village center, the Mokdongje Reservoir (Lotus Pond) blooms with beautiful lotus flowers each year, providing a peaceful retreat for both body and mind.

Behind the village stands Cheonma Mountain, where you can take in the starlight on summer nights. On days when flowers bloom endlessly along the riverside, you can enjoy a cup of wild rose tea, resting in the happiness this place offers.
