"2023 SIEAF 아카이브 전시"
2023년 SIEAF 프로그램의 다양한 성과와 주요 순간들을 영상과 사진, 홍보물, 티셔츠 등 다양한 결과 자료를 통해 작년 행사에 참여하지 못한 관객들에게 당시의 생생한 현장감을 전달하며, 축제의 열기와 감동을 다시 한번 느낄 수 있게 할 것이다.
또한, 홍대 앞에서 12년, 제주도에서 6년 동안 이어져 온 실험예술제의 역사를 소개하는 영상 자료와 도서 자료집도 함께 전시된다.
이번 아카이브 전시는 실험적 예술에 대한 지역민들과의 심리적 거리를 좁히고, 실험예술의 다양한 시도들을 흥미롭게 전달하고자 기획 되었다.
실험예술이 가진 실험성, 현장성, 우연성, 장소성, 일회성, 즉흥성, 희소성 등의 특징은 다소 생소하게 느껴질 수 있다. 하지만 이번 전시를 통해 실험예술의 발자취를 살펴보며 이해를 돕고, 친숙해지는 계기가 될 것으로 본다.
국내외 예술가들의 농촌, 자연친화적이면서, 혁신적 예술행위를 통해 지역사회가 글로컬 사회로 확장 및 성장하는 모습을 확인할 수 있다.

The "2023 SIEAF Archive Exhibition" will showcase various achievements and key moments of the 2023 SIEAF program through videos, photos, promotional materials, T-shirts, and other diverse outcome materials. This exhibition aims to convey the vivid atmosphere of the event to those who could not participate in last year's festival, allowing them to once again feel the excitement and emotion of the festival. Additionally, video materials and booklets detailing the 12-year history of the Experimental Art Festival in Hongdae and the 6 years in Jeju Island will also be on display.
This archive exhibition is designed to bridge the psychological gap between the local community and experimental art, delivering the various attempts of experimental art in an engaging way. The characteristics of experimental art—its experimental nature, immediacy, randomness, site-specificity, uniqueness, improvisation, and rarity—might feel somewhat unfamiliar. However, this exhibition aims to provide insight into the journey of experimental art, helping to foster understanding and familiarity.
Visitors can witness the transformation and growth of the local community into a glocal society through the innovative, nature-friendly art practices of domestic and international artists.

기간: 2024년 10월 28일부터 11월 8일까지

2024년 SIEAF에 참가하는 국내외 미술가들의 회화, 공예, 조각, 드로잉, 사진 ,소장품 등 소품을 전시하고 판매하는 프로그램으로 판매 수익금은 모두 작품을 제작한 아티스트들에게 지급할 계획이다.
작품 가격이 부담스럽지 않게 책정되어 미술 애호가 뿐 아니라 일반 시민들도 유명작가의 작품을 소장할 수 있는 좋은 기회가 될 것이다.
작품 구매를 원하는 방문객은 현장에서 직접 구매하거나, 필요한 경우 작가와의 상담을 통해 맞춤형 작품을 주문할 수 있다.

Exhibition and Sale of Art Merchandise by Participating Artists of 2024 SIEAF

This program features an exhibition and sale of paintings, crafts, sculptures, drawings, photographs, and collectibles by domestic and international artists participating in the 2024 SIEAF. All proceeds from the sales will be given to the artists who created the works. Visitors interested in purchasing artwork can buy directly on-site or, if needed, consult with the artists for custom orders. Purchased artworks can be taken home immediately or delivered to the desired address.
