“때로는 막히고 
또 때로는 도달하기도 하는 
너의 삶은 
한순간 네 안에서 돌이 되었다가 
다시 별이 된다“
라는 라이너 마리아 릴케의 <해질녘> 이라는 시구절에서 영감을 받아 시작되었다. 

*어떻게 하면 우리의 정신적, 육체적 평화로움과 동시에 매일 매일 먹고 사는 현실적 일상을 조화롭게 균형잡을수 있을까?
 
*어떻게 하면 내 안의 돌덩이 같은 감정적 무게와 동시에 삶의 무게에 짓눌리지 않고 지혜롭게 삶의 여정을 이어갈 수 있을까? 

‘돌과 별 속에서 퀘렌시아를 발견하다’ 워크샵은 이 두 질문에 대해 시적, 신체적, 명상적 움직임을 통해 실타래처럼 얽혀버린 마음을 술술 풀어내는 마법같은 경험이 될 것이다.

워크샵을 통해 참여자들이 모든 인간의 내면에 존재하는 딱딱하고 무겁고 차가운 돌과 어둠 속에서도 반짝 반짝 빛나는 별이 도대체 무엇인지? 에 대해 사색하며 육체적 움직임과 명상적 사유를 통해 퀘렌시아를 발견할 수 있기를 바란다

1. Discovering Stones - Guided meditation

This workshop is inspired by a passage from Rainer Maria Rilke's poem called "Sunset":
«sometimes blocked in, sometimes reaching out,
one moment your life is a stone in you, and the next, a star.»

Workshop description
* How harmoniously can we carry stones inside ourselves while we carry stones in our hands simultaneously? 
Here, the stones in us we carry symbolize intense feelings/emotions that are connected with our inner work. In contrast, the stones in our hands symbolize our external daily tasks and works.

*How can we carry the emotional weight within us and the burden of daily life without being overwhelmed and continue our journey with more insights and wisdom?

During the meditative dance workshop “Discovering Querencia Within Stones and Stars”, we will explore these two main questions through poetic, physical, and meditative movements.

Through this workshop, participants will reflect on the question: 
What are the hard, cold, heavy stones and the sparkling stars that exist within each human being? 

We aim to guide participants into the world of Querencia through poetic physical movement and meditative contemplation.
